I graduated from Valley Springs High School in 2006 and then headed to North Arkansas College followed by stops at Arkansas Tech and Arkansas State, eventually I graduated in 2012 with a BSE in Mid-Level Education.

I began teaching 7th grade Science and Arkansas History at Valley Springs in 2012 and then moved to History for the 7th and 8th grades the following year.
I teach or have taught American History, Arkansas History, Geography, World History, Ancient Civ, and 7th grade Science.
I am also the High School baseball coach.
I have worked numerous jobs that have shaped my teaching. I was an umpire for years, taught guitar, bass, mandolin, and ukulele lessons beginning in 2009, worked as a roadie for numerous bands in the summers while in college, and work at the Junkn-Shun Barn flea market on many weekends with my wife.
My hobbies include playing the guitar, bass, and mandolin for an area band, collecting antiques, and working in the Junk-Shun Barn on the weekends.
I am happily married to the greatest girl in the world, Tess, and we enjoy maintaining our small farm full of chickens and a couple donkeys.
I am an ANA member and attend state and regional coin shows and auctions monthly with friends and family.
