Hello! My name is Sheri Fry and I am the 6th grade math teacher.
I attended Valley Springs School from the time I started kindergarten in 1975 to my graduation in 1988. So, it’s safe to say I “bleed green”!! After high school, I attended College of the Ozarks where I majored in elementary education. I later went back and received my Master’s Degree from Lindenwood University. This is my 25th year in the classroom. I taught 1st grade for one year and spent 21 years in 4th grade before making the move to 6th grade math. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE teaching math!!
My husband Kenneth is the Flippin postmaster (pun intended) and we’ve been maried for 27 years. We have two beautiful daughters. Sydney is 21 and just finished cosmetology school. She will be working at Adore Salon. Haylie is 17 and will be a senior at Valley this year. (Be still my heart, my baby growing up on me!) We spend a lot of our time in the gym or on the softball field watching our girl do her thing. If we aren’t cheering on our Small Fry, we like to float the Buffalo River. We also enjoy hiking….especially if it takes us to one of the many waterfalls in this GREAT state we call home!
