Meet Katie. Katie's career goal is to become a Wildlife Biologist. She was so excited to attend DU Varsity Camp this weekend.
Katie says," It was truly an incredible experience. We got to learn all about ducks, duck hunting, tracking and monitoring their migration patterns, as well as learned about the conservation of wetlands".
We love seeing our students pursue their passion! Career experiences and opportunites like this are the reason we became a School of Conservation Leadership with AGFC. Thank you AGFC and DU!

Please meet the bus @ La Vista Circle & Hwy 62. Bus Rt 2 (Mike Earwood) will not run Oak Street. Please meet the bus at Valley View & Martin. Bus Rt 3 (Mike Whitescarver) will not run Huzzah Dr & Norvell Street. Bus Rt 7 (Mackie Loggins) will not run Wilburn Drive. Please meet bus at Wilburn Drive & Hwy 206 at 3:50 pm. Bus drivers will use their discretion. Please note buses may be earlier or later than expected. Students in grades 5th thru 12th interested in participating in Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports (Trap) and their parents must attend a mandatory safety meeting on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 2 pm in the Cafetorium.
