Halloween is this Thursday. We encourage all students to dress up if they want to. Each building will send out regulations soon. If your child needs a costume, please let their teacher or office know. We have plenty of extra costumes.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in getting the water back on! School will be in session tomorrow 10/28/24. Also we want to thank Harps Grocery in Bellefonte & Mtn Valley Water for providing water tomorrow for students/ staff. Sack lunches will be served.

Taking Pep Bus -Volleyball State Tourn (Paris,AR) Oct. 29th grades 7 -12 -permission slip required. Tickets must be purchased online prior to leaving for game & phone will be needed to present ticket @ gate. We are aware of the broken Ozark Mountain Water line and we are in touch with the Valley Springs Water Department about this issue. If the school is impacted by this situation, alerts will be sent and information posted to social media.

Our Chess Teams competed at North Arkansas College and represented us well!









Congratulations to Madelyn Honeycutt! Her artwork will be on display at the 2024 Historic Cane Hill Arkansas Art Exhibtion. This soft pastel will be on display Nov 9-Jan 18 at the Cane Hill Museum. Wow! What a talent!

Kindergarten Book Character Day was a huge success! This campus wide parade was a great way to start the day. What a cute and fun idea! Our students and teachers are so creative.


Our Special Olympics Bowlers did an amazing job last week. We are so proud of you. Thank you for representing our school and bringing home the medals!









Mr. Horton's AP US Government and Politics was pleased to have a special guest this morning. Mrs. Amy Deaton spoke to the class about the process of running for elected office as well as her responsibilities as a member of the school board.
