Immunizations are needed for: Students who turned 11 years old on or before Sept 1st of the current school year (Tdap Booster); Students who are entering 7th grade (Mengococcal (MCV4)); and Students who turned 16 on or before Sept 1st of the current school year (Mengococcal (MCV4) 2nd Booster dose). Also, 1 dose of Hepatitis A is required specifically for Kindergarten and 1st grade students (given on or after the 1st birthday). If you have a question about a specific grade, please contact that teacher. We only have a few weeks left in the first nine weeks to continue to work hard and make improvements to grades.
