Students in grades 5th thru 12th interested in participating in Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports (Trap) and their parents must attend a mandatory safety meeting on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 2 pm in the Cafetorium. Last day to sign up is February 25th. Forms may be picked up in the Middle or High School Office.

Bus Routes for Friday, January 30, 2026 - First and foremost for safety reasons, please have students riding the buses stand at least 15 feet from the road. Bus Rt 5 (Josh Moore) will not run La Vista Circle. Please meet the bus @ La Vista Circle & Hwy 62. Bus Rt 2 (Mike Earwood) will not run Oak Street. Please meet the bus at Valley View & Martin. Bus Rt 3 (Mike Whitescarver) will not run Huzzah Dr & Norvell Street. Bus Rt 7 (Mackie Loggins) will not run Wilburn Drive. Please meet bus at Wilburn Drive & Hwy 206 at 3:50 pm. Bus drivers will use their discretion. Please note buses may be earlier or later than expected. If you feel that your student cannot safely make it to school, please contact the office of the school the student attends tomorrow (1/30/26)after 7:45 am: Elementary 870-302-3071; Middle School 870-302-3061; High School 870-302-3051; District 870-302-3047. The basketball game scheduled for January 30th @ Melbourne will start at 4:30 pm.

Basketball Game Changes: Due to inclement weather, the decision has been made to move the games scheduled with Flippin on Friday, January 23rd to Thursday, January 22nd. Times and teams will remain the same. The games scheduled with Lincoln on Thursday have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

Okay CDL drivers. No one has volunteered so I negotiated and the driver will get a $100 to drive the bus tomorrow from 12-5. It is a very short shuttle. From creekside to youth center and back. Please help!

Forms may be picked up in the Middle or High School Office. A mandatory safety meeting for all participants and parents/guardians will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 2 pm in the Cafetorium.

Our school will recognize December 24th, 25th and 26th as our Christmas Dead Period this year. All gyms, and the fitness center will be locked during this three day period.
